“We are very disappointed about the service here. The staff should be trained better.Two points. Firstly, we come back at late night and would like to take a bath. However, we could not turn of the faucet to stop pouring water into bathtub. We call night shift staff to help us. when he come to our room, he felt shocked and helpless. He informed us that we can not use water in the bathroom until engineer come to fix it on the next day. It is unacceptable that he did not help us to change a new……

“It took only 30 minutes from airport to the hotel by tuktuk that the hotel arranged for us. The front desk gentlemen Mr. “long” is so nice who took care of our stays very well, and the entire hotel members are so friendly and professional. We’ve stayed 4 nights, and also asked for a 3 days temples tour from the hotel. The hotel has their own tuktuk car driver who can always found us everywhere we finished our temples visit. The stays, the people, the tour, and everything we’ve experienced were……

“設計很有特色，感覺到在柬埔寨自然環境融為一體。職員態度十分友善，遇到問題時盡快盡力幫忙。在旅行前可以網絡互聯，把抵達時間說明，就有專車接送，一上車就給我們冰毛和瓶網冰水，打招呼，很親切。到埗後，在check-in時職員把歡迎水果、特飲和地度小食奉上，真的很好味！因為柬埔寨天氣真的很熱，所以多機會留在酒店內游泳，休息，的確是一個retreat 。餐廳用膳很棒，很好味！早餐還有即點即煮的特色餐。芒果真的好味！因為一出房門就是與戶外相連，倉蠅也被酒店的服務和設施吸引。整體來說，這酒店值10分。多謝酒店所送的服務和t-shirt!”

“I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them……

“酒店的服务很好，工作人员很热情。但是酒店位置比较偏，晚上的时候酒店外的街道是没有路灯的，不敢步行回来。客房面积比较大，但是我们入住的时候阳台一直有两只超大的壁虎，无法在室外”
