“Extremely friendly staff before I even arrived. I had trouble finding the property with the address provided, so the property manager called and provided directions while I was driving there. The groundskeepers were all extremely friendly and waved each time I went past them. The view was amazing and you could see St. Martin from the house. Everything was clean and they provided bottled water when I arrived. I felt very safe at the property as a solo traveler, and had no worries about anyone……

“Our Hosts were lovely and very helpful recommending beaches to go to and restaurants to dine at. The Penthouse has an easy layout, comfy beds and seating areas for easy conversations.”

“The apartment is spacious, clean, the bedroom is air-conditioned, but we didn't even use it, as a fan in the bedroom was enough, as the temperature inside the apartment was always comfortable. There is enough of everything -- dishes, pots/pans, and even beach chairs and a cooler on wheels in the closet.”

“The owners were very nice and caring. For the first night, they placed me in a different property, as they informed me on arrival that the studio I rented would be available starting the next day. The studio is modern and mostly clean. The fridge is tiny. I found the selection of foods in a supermarket to be much more limited than on other islands, with many items past expiration. I don’t think saving money by cooking would work well. The bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t have regular channels,……

“Everything you’d hope for here; lovely views with ocean breezes to match, fully equipped kitchen for those evening meals on the deck or morning coffee to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, saltwater pool and nearby beach area for a quick dip.It was our 4th time staying at this same unit. Communication via email has been excellent and when the property manager is in (afternoons) she has always been helpful and gracious. Such good people here. ”
