“I should have known it was too good to be true. I booked this on Feb. 6 2025 for a stay in March, the 11th through the 16th. I never received any information or communication from the property before our stay, as on the sight I was supposed to get an email 72 hours before arrival. They were not available the night we got there, at midnight, so we had to find another place to stay. The next morning I called the phone number to the property. I was told they would find my reservation and call me……

“I’ve never stayed in a vacation rental before, so I was not sure what was in store for us. Stephanie’s communication was great, the property was clean and beautiful inside. There were even snacks and drinks left out for us. For us, the location was perfect. We were visiting my son for his graduation, and his apartment was a couple blocks away. I enjoy riding the city buses and metro, so it was very convenient-an easy bus ride to Chinatown and the free street car goes right to Union Station. The……

“At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. It was a challenge with the winding staircase for 3 senior ladies but we got along fine climbing them several times a day. I loved the historical feel of the brick and staircase.. Mr. Smith……

“Our family of five spent a few nights here while visiting the DC sites. When driving into town, the neighborhood made us very nervous, but as we approached the property, it seemed to be ok. We were within 15 minutes of Arlington cemetery and other things were closer. Parking took longer than driving. If our family of five wanted to spend much time there, it would have been pretty small, but since we were gone all day and just needed a place to eat, shower, and sleep, it provided that.……

“Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse”
