“This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed……

The home was clean with plenty of blankets and towels. The cookware was in good condition and good knives and cutting board (this seems to be an issue at many rentals so we were happy to get good quality kitchen items here). The owner was easy to communicate with and readily available to make sure we enjoyed our stay -……

“The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions.”
