“So thankful we found this beautiful, peaceful refreshing place to relax and celebrate our anniversary. It was exactly what we needed and as described. Everything from the cozy, clean, well stocked, adorable cabin, to the lush flower gardens and serene pool had such a welcoming feel. Sara the host was very accommodating and super helpful, and blessed us with the most delicious chocolate chip cookies and fresh waters as we arrived. “Stan and Michael are nothing short of amazing! This historic property is so private and SO stunningly beautiful. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here! The four of us were comfortable and enjoyed all the extras Stan and Michael provided! They surprised us with breakfast multiple times, made sure we had everything we needed, and allowed us to play with sweet Okie. I would give them 100 stars if I was allowed. “The decor in the cottage is very nice. The breakfasts are amazing. The neighborhood is very peaceful with many deer around. We had a really great time. Everything in the cottage worked well and the bedrooms/bathroom/living room/ kitchen are all a good size. We enjoyed evenings on the front porch, unfortunately we did not get to use the communal fire pit as it rained most nights during our stay.”
