“My friends and I loved this place! It was very clean, very welcoming! As soon as we entered and walked around the property, we knew we should have booked an extra day. The bedrooms were all very spacious, and there was plenty of extra blankets and bedding for us all to get cozy :) We had a very relaxing weekend- the kitchen was a delight to use and the paddleboat was so, so fun!! ”

“The cabin was amazing - spotless and so comfortable. It was one room but incredibly spacious with a full kitchen set up. The area was "country" and so peaceful and quiet. I did not mind the spotty cell service (my provider) as I just wanted peace. And the welcome basket had incredible honey cinnamon raisin sourdough bread! If you want a lovely, quiet stay, you can't do better.”

“Absolutely adorable cottage. A lot of thought was put into the design and decor. The old stove, the bathroom. It was all perfect. The square is close and it’s in the Historical district. Lots of awesome homes to see. ”

“We stayed at the Rocky Ridge retreat. Nice little place two bdrms. Was close enough to be in Hudson Oaks or Weatherford quickly, yet far enough out to be relaxed. Leeann was a great hostess. The king bed was super comfy. The only real complaint is this tome of year it is still a bit warmer than i'd like at night but enjoyed things very much”

“My best friend and I enjoyed a weekend of shopping and relaxation, this was the percect space. The unit is up one flight of stairs (above a garage). The unit looks brand new! The beds are comfortable and the ac works great. The sunrises were beautiful and the sound of fish jumping out of the water right in front of you was neat.”

I would fly back to Weatherford for the this property alone - we honestly didn’t want to leave and I would have extended the trip if possible to spend more time in this magical space. “Travis house in Granbury, Tx is located easy walking distance for dining and shopping and special events around Granbury historical square, yet far enough to not hear noisy crowds. We walked to watch Christmas parade and did not have to fight traffic and parking like the many folks who had to drive to square. ”

“We wanted a relaxing secluded lovely place to hang out and spend some down time. We got it and more!!! Arrived on a Friday afternoon and never left for 3 days. It was so relaxing and everything we needed.”
