“Superb, expansive deck over the big part of Lake Granbury makes this property an excellent place to spend the day with boaters (and even the occasional float plane) of all kinds active on the water. The house is well stocked and has plenty of room. The small community this property resides in feels remote, yet is a mere 10 minute drive to Granbury's plaza with its restaurants and shops. Great place to stay.”

“Everything was pristine and luxurious. I'm a man 88 years old and I loved the fact that the bed was lower and just suited me. Every convenience was at my fingertips. Next time however, I will request a ground floor apartment. One little thing, in the closet the rod of hangers was at 7 ft high. I'm 5'3". Anyway, loved my 3-day stay here.”

“This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also……
