The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff……

“Absolutely scenic little hotel in ollantaytambo. The manager Ms Tula was very helpful in organizing a tour of sacred valley on our way back to cusco. The staff also ensured breakfast bags were kept ready for us for our early train to machu pichu. Would absolutely recommend ”

“The location of this property was gorgeous, truly being a luxury aparthotel. It was stunning being surrounded by the Andes mountains. With that said, this location is great if you have a car, otherwise an Uber into Urubamba is not possible. They can call you a taxi, but ensure that you have Soles on hand! We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant but were told the chef got into an accident. They ordered us a pizza instead of having to go into town. ”
