“first i am upset at hotels.com the hotel did not have my reservation, it took 3 trys before i was able to chat via email. cant talk to a live person. so the hampton inn took me in and i had to pay there price because they only had 3 rooms left. so hotels.com emails me that they will charge me a cancellation chargse i told them to call the hotel, which they did and that i will not be charged a cancellation, and they will refund me back my charges. i cant believe that i could not talk to a live……

“Quiet location. Great access to nature as home backs golf course. Quail, rabbits, roadrunners and doves visible everyday. Feel comfortable in all previous positive reviews, Margie has a great property here. Everything you need, very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. ”

“The house is large, beds are comfortable and kitchen well appointed. The house sits on a nice street. However, we did not have garbage pickup for 2 weeks and there is a general lack of basic maintenance in the house. Also, the house needs a good cleaning.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well stocked and the master bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable. The setting and the view outside the back of the home were amazing. Gorgeous sunrises in the morning and watched the golfers go by but still felt pretty private. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and easy to communicate with. Overall we really loved the house and had a great month long trip! And the pool was awesome!”

“The property is very well maintained, well furnished, and very nicely stocked with all the essentials. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with many flowering shrubs and cacti which compliment a figure eight pool. This was our third consecutive March spent in Anthem. We find the area very convenient as well as being a good family community. Our hosts did a great job of communicating with us, and answered all our questions promptly. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival.……

The yard, patio and pool offered a beautiful setting for enjoying our morning coffee as well as a cocktail watching the beautiful sunset. The host was wonderful and took care of any issues we had immediately. The community is gated, has a golf course and beautiful homes which I totally enjoyed during my daily walks. I would totally recommend this property.”
