“We stayed a week (too short). Loved the unbeatable view of Galleon Bay from our deck with a sofa, comfy chair, diningroom table and chairs. The accomodations were attractive and comfortable. Extremely comfortable king sized bed, the modern bathroom with its large closet, and the kitchen, so well stocked with pots and pans, plates and bowls, silverware etc. We enjoyed having a broad range of breakfast food and coffee/tea awaiting us. In the evening we loved hearing the surf and the seranade……

“This is an absolutely wonderful property with 2 levels of deck, a very nice pool and a to-die for view. It includes a very comfortable master bed, 2 spacious full baths and a small kitchen. However, this rental property is situated next to another, larger unit (with whom you share the pool) that has large outdoor living spaces and your experience depends to a great extent on whether (and if) someone is staying in that adjacent unit. We found that their fairly noisy lifestyle impacted the peace……

“Well presented, comfortable and spacious property located in a quiet cul de sac. Inclusion of a car with it is a valuable bonus and we made good use of it to explore west coast beaches with Fryyes being our favourite. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment. “Location: very good. An upmarket residential area to the North of St Johns about 1 mile from Dickinson bay beach and 1 mile from the excellent Epicurean supermarket.Facilities: Also good. Fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, cooker. Plenty of hot water. Towels, soaps dishcloths etc. supplied. Aircon in the two bedrooms, the one in the back room is very effective so we used that room. Insect mesh on all windows. The bed we used was comfortable. “Great stay at Barbuda Cottages. This is a tranquil and chill area with beautiful beaches, stunning sunsets and bright starry night skies. The hosts Kelcina and Ollie communicated daily and made sure everyday was special. The employees on site were personable and attentive. Having the restaurant and bar on site was enjoyable. I would recommend these cottages to anyone who wants to kick back for a few days and indulge in a culture unlike no other island. The cottage was clean and well equipped……

The beach chairs came in very handy on those days we explored the rest of the beaches on the island and we loved coming back and chilling out on the decks looking out over the yachts moored in the bay.
