“We were a group of 9 adults (all over 50 years old) staying at this gorgeous open-concept home in a very special location. Took our breath away the minute we set foot in the space. We all had a fabulous time and found the space conducive to our large group. We appreciated the bathroom supplies, the laundry access, outside stove, fabulous kitchen island, and overall location. “We enjoyed our stay and thought the house was much more beautiful than the post made it out to look. It is a historic home, with beautiful wall linings and a nice warm feel. Unfortunately the "new" decor looks like some cheap internet decorations, but it didn't bother us too much. It was very spacious and lovely. The check in was a bit tough because there was no cell reception so we had to drive to the next town to retrieve the entrance PIN”

“This is a large single-story house with a master bedroom at one end, 3 medium-sized bedrooms clustered at the other end with two living rooms and a kitchen in between. The quality of construction and furniture were basic, but everything worked well. The location in town was perfect for us. The house fit our needs well.”

“Nice accommodation just as pictured and described. Spacious and perfect for two people. Well stocked kitchen was adequate for making simple meals. Parking is convenient for loading/unloading the car and the property location was great for trips to trailheads within Grand Staircase Escalante. We also took day trips to Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks. Host was good with communication and responsive to our questions. ”

“My son, two adult grandsons, one teenager and myself traveled from Phoenix area to attend a funeral. There was plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. Nice backyard with patio and BBQ grill. Rocking chairs on the front porch. The entire home was spotless. Theres even a cabinet filled with games. We are considering a return to this home in late summer to enjoy some hikes and beautiful scenery. ”

“The property is 20-25 minute drive to Bryce Canyon National Park. Right off the main road. The house was perfect for us (we are a family of 6) the games in the house were good for our young kids, the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall very happy with our stay.”

“We arrived in the dark, but the excellent signage and directions made it very easy to find. The space was more than enough for 2, with everything we needed. The stars at night were a big bonus. Didn't mind driving up to Bryce in the AM, because scenery was beautiful. Great stay!”
