“Our stay every year at this location is excellent. It's a nice home in a small nice community. The home fits our big group nicely. We did leave some items in the house and tried calling and texting the host with no luck. We reached out multiple times hoping we could pay them for their time and postage to send the items to us. They never replied. They reached out to us really late one evening asking if it was okay to continue with a construction project in front of the house the following day. We……
