“Great spot! House is fantastic, they did a really nice job with the remodeling and renovating. We loved the deck as well—gets a good amount of sun and is a good hangout spot. The yard is huge for games like frisbee and tossing a football. Only demerit is the dock—for one, it needs some redoing because it's falling apart. And two, it's not really set up to walk directly into the water because of lily pads and debris/rocks. But the community beach is within walking distance, so still not too……

“The acorn in a cute little cottage on beautiful Mountain View lake. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. The host was responsive, friendly and gave great recommendations for area hikes and activities. ”

“Was very impressed by the property. Absolutely beautiful house that now has my wife wanting me to match some ideas from the cabin. Very well stocked from linens to kitchen utensils which is always appreciated. Not a negative thing to say about my stay. 5 stars. ”

“Cottage is rustic and very comfortable, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The waterfront is beautiful and so peaceful, and the view of Monadnock is incredible. Warm water to swim or float, great fishing from the dock, and the owners are super nice. We made some great memories, and would definitely return!”

“Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and exactly as described. The pond was clean sandy and perfect for swimming with our dogs. The location was quiet ane peaceful and the host was responsive and welcoming. We'd definetly come back. ”

“Great oasis on a clean quiet lake. Kitchen set up well for cooking, nice dining area and inviting living space. 2 private bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Back porch has good gas grill. The real highlight was the yard with a large wrought iron fire pit and seating overlooking the lake and literally only 3 cars a day drove down the road. The variety of boats available for easy renter use was icing on the cake! ”

“This is a lovely cabin and the owners seem nice, but it needs a new cleaning plan. After arriving to a dirty microwave, dog food on the floor, a dirty floor, a moldy shower curtain, cobwebs over the table, etc… I did some digging on other sites to see people’s comments and they were the same. The owner’s response to them and to me was that it was professionally cleaned (if this is true, they need to be fired) and that he would talk to them. Well, nothing seems to have changed since the same……

“I was in Dublin visiting my daughter who goes to high school here and it was the perfect place for me to stay and she stayed with me two nights. The owner thought of everything you would need. It was super clean and everything looked brand new. Really well decorated. The owner was super helpful and I’m sure I’ll be back before my girl graduates. Highly recommend!”
