“Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. ”

“This was our second stay at the cozy cottage amd was just as enjoyable as the first time . Glenn and Melanie are very responsive and like to makesure their guests are comfortable and happy . We loved waking up on the lake and enjoyed the back deck and firepit. We look forward to renting here again in the future. P”

“We had a great time! The property fit all our needs for a winter ski trip. We have the Epic ski pass and were looking for a location to get us to some mountains that accept this pass. Mount Sunapee was a quick 15 minutes from the property and Crotched Mountain was 45 minutes. We enjoyed skiing at both! When we were not skiing, the cottage was a warm place to relax as a family. It had all the amenities we needed. We would consider visiting again in the summer to check out the lake!”

“This little cabin is exactly what the owner purports it to be. No more; no less. It's quaint and the bedrooms are small. Because it's a cabin. The shower is small. Because it's a cabin. The TV and stove and sink are all small. Because it's a cabin! There are a few ants around, but there's Raid spray under the sink if you want to go that route. The occasional ant is going to show it's occasional self. It's a cabin. in the woods... I thought it was a fair accommodation for a fair price (just a……
