“This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). “The hotel is in a great location, not too noisy, very alpine style and warm and cozy. The staff are so friendly and nice - faultless. The room is small but comfortable, just enough space and a nice balcony. Bathroom is amazing (we had a bath tub). Breakfast was included, it was basic but great and eggs were always amazing. “Pas de spa contrairement à la mention ebookers. Référence spa pour les bains d’ovronnaz, car offrent 3.- de rabais. Sinon top, très grand, l’établissement a un énorme potentiel. Restaurant très joli mais n’y avons pas mangé. Service très aimable. Ménage n’était pas prêt à 17h ça peut arriver mais n’ont simplement pas proposé de verre pour patienter. Aurions pu demander mais étaient trop sympas on n’a pas voulu embêter. Qq moucherons en hiver ? Un peu vieillot, cuisine tv non fonctionnels mais……
