“I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. ”

“Didn’t know that your hotel was going through a remodel so I believe 2/3 of the hotel was closed but parking lot full of stuff from the rooms and front desk was removed restaurants everything that’s gone, but I heard that Hyatt now has it so they’ll turn it all around ”

“We loved it all. Only place we were disappointed in was restaurant service. Food was great, once we got it. But server was very slow, especially on Friday morning. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. The other two we had during our meals and stay were exceptional. ”
