“Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”

“The Hotel was lovely, and the room was also but unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of a wall. Was walkable to all amenities. The pool area was very quiet, probably too quiet. I feel it would have benefited from some ambient music as you could here a pin drop”

“Really clean hotel and lovely staff , shout out to Ioanna she was so welcoming and kind she went out of her way to help us when the shop didn’t have what we needed so she bought it for us on her next shift . Thanks Ioanna you are a fabulous host . We were there for a wedding and it really was so amazing thanks to all the staff who made it so special, ”

“Had a generally pleasant experience, though a few things could be improved. The grounds are well-kept and the staff are friendly, but the overall feel leans toward catering for package guests. The indoor pool is a bit of a letdown – small and not very inviting. All in all, a decent stay – especially for families – but a few tweaks could go a long way in improving the experience for everyone.”

“Small apartment complex with pool, it is well situated in the beachy part of Paphos. Restaurants, historic sight and beach all an easy walk. Our appartment had everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and a small grocery store a block away to get supplies. Perfect low-key stay.”

“We stayed at the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris for my wedding with a number of our party also staying there. Some of the guests had refurbished rooms on floors 5 & 6 with proper air conditioning which were much nicer (the room I booked for my parents through Expedia). But other rooms did not have sufficient air conditioning and the rooms were too hot because the curtains were not lined and didn't reflect the heat; this Included our Honeymoon Suite which cost a lot of money - you could feel the……

“Only stayed one night, but very pleased; very late check in due to our flight, but very helpful, friendly staff, clean, beautiful apartment and lovely breakfast. All in all a delightful experience ”
