“Very nice hotel especially for families with small kids! Pool area is nice and clean, rooms are okay with comfortable bed. The interior design could have a update and few amenities could be added, for example we could have had some use for drying rack. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. “The food was delicious and the choice was extensive. The staff were efficient, professional and friendly. A special mention to Rositea who is the lovely waitress in the buffet area and looked after us very well. We enjoyed most of the entertainment and our Grandchildren loved the kids club. “Our stay from start to finish was perfect. Chris, Weni, Otto and Pascal went out of their way to make sure we had the best time possible. Attentive and helpful Without being intrusive. Chris was able to give us lots of information about the surrounding areas and places to go. We had a fabulous private dining experience with them , it was so good the first time we booked a second night 🙂 Otto’s hot sauce is a must to try if you like things a little spicy.
