“I cannot speak highly enough of this property. From the minute I checked in on Friday to the moment I left on Monday afternoon it was amazing. All staff went above and beyond at this hospital, the pool side staff were amazing especially Titu. Christalla was amazing too so welcoming, and attentive. “Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer. “Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”

“I spent 3 nights during the Easter holidays and really enjoyed my time. The location is excellent and is one of the closer hotels to the airport while being in the tourist area of the city. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The pools, the gym, the spa, and the restaurants, all were of top quality. “The Thalassa is a great place to stay, steps down to the beach are nearby. Also a supermarket close by and a restaurant Legends which does good food. The service was exemplary at the hotel. All the staff are super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.”
