“Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”

“This has to be the best apartment to stay at in Paphos. Super easy to collect your apartment key if you arrive when reception is closed. Not a problem! Apartment very clean & spacious, with everything you will need for your stay. Great facilities with swimming pools and a gym. Great location too which is close enough to all places of interest and easy to get around. But also in a quiet location with little disturbances day and night. “I cannot speak highly enough of this property. From the minute I checked in on Friday to the moment I left on Monday afternoon it was amazing. All staff went above and beyond at this hospital, the pool side staff were amazing especially Titu. Christalla was amazing too so welcoming, and attentive. The staff here became you friends and remembered every fine detail about each guest. This is without a doubt the best hotel stay I have ever had and ticked every box from location, eco friendly,……

“Great location. WiFi was good on the first day then went downhill from there. TV only had one English channel (news) both local channels (pik 1&2) we're missing. Teas coffees and water in room were only available on the first day. Coffee and tea was available at breakfast but was hit and miss either too strong or to weak (chef's choice not yours). Breakfast select was good. Covid restrictions we're advised but not policed.”
