“Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”

“Overall it was excellent. The only issue is to get rid off the cats in the pool area. Many people were justifiably unhappy with cats roaming where they had their breakfast. ”
