“The Hotel was lovely, and the room was also but unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of a wall. Was walkable to all amenities. The pool area was very quiet, probably too quiet. I feel it would have benefited from some ambient music as you could here a pin drop”
“Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”
