“During the selection of the hotel, it was a selling point for me that the sauna and the steaming room were listed under the amenities of this property. However, it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the hotel that there is a surcharge for using them. I believe that it is the example of the hidden fee when the hotel charges extra to profit from their guests. I was discouraged by that unexpected and unpleasant discovery, which turned me out of enjoying the hotel’s amenities.
