“Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”

A special mention to Rositea who is the lovely waitress in the buffet area and looked after us very well. We enjoyed most of the entertainment and our Grandchildren loved the kids club.
