“We throughly enjoyed our two week stay at Stefanies Villa. The three grandkids were throughly spoiled and had plenty of room to run around the big playing area. Pool was heated due to the time of our visit and it was just the ideal temperature for all to have have a regular dip in the pool.,Bedrooms are spacious and weekPositions for everyone to have a good night sleep and not on top of each other. A hire car is essential to get around and visit the lovely restaurants on offer around the area.……

“This is the first time we used a villa as opposed to a hotel and will never look back. It was bigger than we thought it would be, pictures don’t do it justice. Short walk to the strip to eat out everyday, its location is perfect. Quite a steep slope to walk up but gets your exercise in for the day. It has all the luxuries from home making it so comfortable. I will definitely book again. ”

“Lovely house and in a beautiful location. The views are stunning and there is everything you could wish for available. The owner is brilliant and was extremely informative. I would say the pool is in the shade for a large part of the day so could do with heating but apart from that it’s absolutely brilliant! ”

“Does not make clear 1 en-suite upstairs with open spiral staircase and the second was down in a basement again spiral stairs plus steps, therefore anyone with reduced mobility cannot access these areas. Spoilt my holiday as an en-suite at my age is very important. The Villa itself clean but tired. Great location.”

“Stayed for a week in April. Was met at the property and was shown all the facilities- which was helpful.Villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac so is quiet with no through traffic. It was very clean and spacious- having everything you would need even down to board games and books!The pool and outside space is beautiful and even has its own parking space and washing line ( no dirty clothes to take home). Villa is not overlooked so we had peace and quiet.Restaurants, bars and supermarkets in Coral Bay……

“Dia Villa war sehr schön, wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen. Toller Pool, sehr viel Platz, tolle Sitzgelegenheiten, tolle und gut ausgestattete Küche,Babybett und Sitzerhöhung vorhanden. Die Sonnenliegen waren leider kaputt, jedoch haben wir den Gastgeber informiert und Jeremy hat umgehend neue Sonnenliegen bestellt und liefern lassen. So hatten wir am nächsten Tag schon die neue Liegen. Jeremy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein top Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und……

“Had an amazing stay when visiting Paphos for a wedding with my partner and friends. The place was clean, with comfy beds and the pool an absolute highlight where we spent most of our time in the Cypriot Sun. Would definitely stay again”

“We had a lovely weeks stay. Property well appointed. Had a few minor issues like being able to locate the key safe in the dark on our late arrival. The downstairs bathroom the shower curtain came off the wall but able to fix it and the radiator is very rusty. Also the windows in the downstairs bedroom were locked and unable to find the key. Quite a few light bulbs need replacing in the lounge. Also water pressure was not good unless you went upstairs to press the switch. We did have a problem……

“The villa was beautiful, the location was just perfect for the beach and peaceful. It has a wonderful outside kitchen and the pool is big . I would highly recommend and we will definitely book to go to that villa again . Exactly as described ”

“Prima verblijf gehad in deze ruime villa. Vooral de buitenruimte was fijn met diverse zitjes en als bonus de jacuzzi. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en we hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de aangeboden korting voor een buggytour en boothuur. Autohuur via U2 verliep ook probleemloos. Grote supermarkt Philippos in de buurt. Paar kleine onderhoudstips gemeld bij de verhuurder maar verder helemaal tevreden over ons verblijf.”

“10 day stay at this property was fantastic. The villa met our expectations physically. The location was very convenient. Walking distance from excellent restaurants, groceries, and shops. 6 minute drive to the best beach in the area. If I ever find myself in Cyprus again I will definitely consider staying again.”

“We spent 2 weeks in October - working remotely and then holiday. Villa was really well set up with good wifi and plenty of space which we needed as we needed to setup two ‘offices’ to allow us to work during the day. Communications with owner were really good,and overall a very enjoyable stay. ”
