“Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. “Mooi en schoon complex. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Alles aanwezig. Het is wat verder van oude stad en strand, autohuur is prettig.”

“The location of this hotel is very far from the city center of phfos (90 mins bus). We arrive the hotel at around 8 pm and the reception said there is no room available in the hotel. The reception said there is a room nearby and provide us only one return taxi for it but did not give us the detail location of the new allocated room. It takes 45 mins taxi up the hill to the new room. When we arrived the new room, it is not a hotel,just a normal apartment hold by other company and do not have any……

“Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer.
