“Excellent séjour dans un hôtel calme et très beau. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et disponible. La chambre était confortable, propre et joliment décorée. “It's located on the waterfront of Lago D'Orta, and Isola San Guilio in an eye shot distance. Nice vista on the lake. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I fee like this area better than Lake Como in which is less touristy and more quiet and better for relaxation”

“Une bonne surprise pour une réservation estivale de passage, compte tenu des précédents avis, qui nous paraissent sévères. L’accueil s’est avéré très correct. Chambre immense, literie confortable en grande largeur, propreté, décoration simple avec du mobilier Ikea neuf, ascenseur, petit balcon sympa avec une vue (franchement symbolique) sur le lac d’Orta. Effectivement, il faut compter 12 minutes depuis le village d’Orta pour rejoindre l’hôtel par une route étroite et sinueuse mais pas……

“Hotel recien reformado pero con habitaciones demasiado pequeñas para su categoria. Control de temperatura no regulable en la habitación. Balcon inexistente ya que se trata de una ventana alta con una reja en la parte baja. Buena ubicación cerca del lago aunque la carretera separa el hotel de la playa. Personal muy amable. Wifi con problemas de conexion. Buen desayuno en salon con vistas.”

“My family and I had a lovely experience staying at La Cucchetta. We only stayed for one night but I would recommend this accommodation for a weekend or longer. The grounds and the views of the lake are spectacular, and the staff is lovely and friendly. I will book again if I have the chance to go back to the area. ”
