The house was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and relax. The house is a very short walk from ink well beach and from all the various downtown offerings of oak bluffs. It’s also very close to the historic cottage village and we loved taking evening strolls around the area. I recommend the house to couples……

“We had a great stay at Oakhaven Cottage. It's in a beautiful wooded area near Manuel Correllus state forest, with plentiful running and biking paths just half a mile away, and wonderful solitude and quiet. An easy drive to Vineyard Haven and West Tisbury towns/shops. We loved just relaxing in the Adirondack chairs in the front yard, reading and taking in the fresh air. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and kitchen areas. Accessible to both up island and down island. In all, we had a lovely visit and……

“My teenage daughter and i stayed for a week- the property was perfect for us. She loved the bed up in the loft. the house had all the amenities we needed- some we hadn't thought of- an umbrella for the beach for example. The bed and futon couch were both comfortable, the linens were comfy and clean- the location of the cottage is perfect- tony's market down the street, inkwell beach within walking distance, as is downtown oak bluffs. And the washer and dryer allow for light packing!”
