“The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. Also I opted for late check out (2pm) and was able to pay for it through the app. But the cleaning crew came at 12 and said they had……

“Great property in great location on Cape Cod. 30 min drive for ferry to Nantucket. 2 minute walk to Beach within neighborhood. Cozy and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again. ”

“The home was immaculate and was well equipped. Bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The setting gave the sense of sleeping on a boat with the shoreline right out our back door. Although it was a bit chilly to sit on the beach, we enjoyed the walk and sightseeing in Newport and Jamestown. The Animal Toparchy Gardens were fascinating. We would love to rent this"little slice of Heaven" again sometime.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights with my 2 sons and father to go on a whale watch. Overall it was a good experience. Pros: -extremely clean...floor, bathroom, linens, etc.-fantastic water pressure and heat!-excellent location, 2 minute walk from the beach, very quiet upper class neighborhood-cute plaza 1 mile away with a grocery, restaurants, shopsCons:-This place needs some serious maintenance! There are taped over holes in the walls; lamination is separating on kitchen & bathroom counters; exposed……
