“Property good smell like an over abundance of Hotel air freshener. I was on the second floor Waterview room very nice. Only bad thing is was over the top of a bar underneath that seemed to favor lotta young college people music was very loud. Could feel the base from the music. I was OK though we stayed up late and did our own thing but when you’re going to bed if you’re a light sleeper, it might be a problem.”

“Property was as described, but it was a bit dated and could grounds and property could use some maintenance. The lights were a dated style and the bulbs did not matching in brightness in several locations, even when they were on the same switch. Additionally, the bathrooms and closet could use a deep clean as they were dusty. The beds were comfortable and clean.”

“This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset.”

“Upon arrival, the check-in staff was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. “We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. “We stayed for Salve Regina's baseball playoff weekend. This property is impeccable- location is perfect! I don't know how we found it last minute as it's often booked months in advance. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with pullout sofa bed was perfect for mom/dad, grandma, and our 21 yr old son (who said the pullout couch was comfortable!) If you see this property available, grab it while you can!”
