On the positive side--the views are absolutely beautiful (make sure you get a room with a balcony), free onsite parking, shuttle service to downtown offered Thursday-Sunday, friendly staff, good AC, and the size of the room was comfortable and had 2 large sized bathrooms. “This is the perfect location! It is steps to the beach and an easy walk to town center. The view of the beach and the boats going by was lovely. Everything we needed was provided; from beach towels to kitchen equipment, it was all clean, accessible and in good shape. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout with a spacious living room and dining area was perfect for our family of 4. Host Marisha was very helpful and communicative. We highly recommend this condo! ”

“We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset……
