“We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!”

“Property as advertised and immaculate. It is in a separate wing so it is quite private. A couple of minutes walking to local eateries and the Sakonett River Estuary. Would definitely recommend to and plan on staying again.soonagain soon”

“House needs some TLC! Lots of potential! Would have been nice to have a welcome binder with instructions on the home. Was disappointing from the listing. Not all expected equipment worked in the house. Curb appeal was poor and could be greatly improved with painting front door and a good day of landscaping. Cleanliness could have been better!”

The house was fantastic, the room was immaculate and charming, the brand new porch area was very inviting.We were only there for one night, but would have definitely liked to stay longer. The owners really took care of making sure that the room had everything we could have imagined needing! Being able to bring our dog and have her feel comfortable in the room was fantastic! “There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road.”

“Communication with host was top notch! This little cottage was perfect for the 7 of us! Fully fully equipped with everything you need, incase you forgot something! Even slippers!!! Was maybe a 2 minute walk to the ocean, although it rained the entire time. They had plenty of games to keep us entertained. My favorite part, was as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning the was the view of the ocean, from the giant window! The hosts missed zero details designing this cottage! Would definitely……

“The room was very clean and the check in process was easy. The house is directly on a main road and you hear cars all night. The walls are thin and you can hear people snoring in the room adjacent to you. The tv didn’t work. ”
