We had to go down to the reception to request whatever we needed The restaurant staff were also very courteous and helpful. The other negative was the walking distance from where the shuttle used to drop us till the Haram ”

“Check in process was terrible. The room was not ready. Once checked into the property there was no hot water for 24 hours. Kept being told they will fix it and was ignored. Once fixed all was fine. Second room paid for breakfast and then told there was no breakfast included with the package. ”
