“The cabin is very clean and the kitchen has all the utensils you need. We cook breakfast evry day without a problem. I slept on the large bed and it was very comfortable. One morning I had 2 very large bald eagles fly about 30 feet over our cabin. They have a nest right behind the cabin. Great location right on Big St Germain lake, almost right in between Eagle River and Minocqua.”

“Overall it was a wonderful experience at the location. We were surprised it did not have air conditioning because the first day we arrived, it was hot and humid. Luckily the owner had fans available for us to use. The weather cooled down and everything else was great! ”

“Beautiful cottage and the host is so communicative. She let me know the day prior that an early check in was available for our stay which helped tremendously. Our group cooked a few nights and the kitchen had all supplies we needed. The pontoon boat was absolutely a highlight as well. ”

“We had a blast on our week up north, and the cabin fit our needs perfectly. It was my husband and I, our two adult children and their friends/partners, and our youngest tween. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. It's a cozy space and we had enough room for all of us. Communication with the hosts was almost immediate. The entire lake lost power for a few hours during a storm and they reached out right away. We simply enjoyed playing games by flashlight! Lost Lake has a special place in our hearts……

“The cabin was nicely renovated and had everything we needed! It was nice that kayaks and paddle boards were provided so that we didn’t have to bring ours. It is is just a short little walk up the hill from the beach. We will definitely be coming back.”
