“This is our second time staying at this property on Lower Herring. We are an extended family of eight adults and two toddlers. Pete’s communication is quick and thorough, when needed. There were plenty of comfortable beds for all of us. We really appreciated the cute cottage style bedrooms, new linens and lots of dresser space to unpack. Since the last time we stayed at this property, the bathroom upstairs has been completely updated. That was such a nice surprise! With three full bathrooms,……

“The VIEWS as soon as you step in are BREATHTAKING!We stayed for a week and had a wonderful family vacation here. The Lake/Beach is 25ish steps down the deck. We had the beach to ourselves. Bring your binoculars, kites, and paddleboards as we did and enjoy. Make sure to go to the nearby 1.5 miles or so away Baldy Dunes (park one vehicle in the parking area and leave another vehicle at the rental) and walk the Baldy trail to the dune then take the sand dune down to the beach and walk the beach……

“We had the best time at this cute cabin on Lake Michigan for the 4th of July week. The place itself is exactly how it’s described and is a perfect location for a beach vacation. We did zero day trips (grew up on lake MI and have been to almost every place on the west side, if you have not, then it’s a perfect place for day trips). The neighbors were fantastic, very friendly which is great because the houses are close. We will definitely be back. It was exactly what we were looking for on a……

“We have stayed at this property in the past. It is clean and very comfortable. We enjoy the wrap around deck and the fire pit. The only improvements could be new furniture on the deck. The one chair was ripped completely thru. Also, needs a new shower curtain. Was very moldy. The beds are so very comfortable. Again, was very clean. We will be back again. ”
