“We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! ”

“If we had to return to one place in all of Italy, we’d choose Il Tosco. It was absolutely SPECTACULAR! “Wonderful quiet and clean hotel in a great location to explore many beautiful hill towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Breakfast buffet was amazing and, like all services at the hotel, was very friendly and efficient. Citta della Pieve is an attractive and surprisingly interesting hill town which projects a genuine feel for life in Umbria with relatively few tourists. All in all a great experience at Hotel Vannucci!”
