“We have a daughter at UF and the rest of the family drove to Gainesville from north and central Florida for the Easter weekend. The house was perfect for our group. We had 6 people total and the house was not crowded. There are 3 bedrooms and every BR had its own full bathroom. There is also a small office type room with another single bed so you could sleep 7 if you had 3 couples and a single. The kitchen was small but functional. “This property is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood and very well set up for a family needing multiple bedrooms. Everything was very clean and so nicely decorated - it definitely felt like a home-away-from-home, with a pool as an extra bonus! The property manager was wonderful in responding to all questions and requests. We hope to rent this property again - it was perfect for our needs!”

“When I arrived at the house I was greeted by the beautiful scent of jasmine and magnolia. The front courtyard is so cute - I spent quite a bit of time there. (Despite being up front, it the courtyard is a surprisingly quiet oasis). The flowers and all the birds singing made it so special.The house is so darn cute. Whomever decorated this place did an incredible job. The house was clean and well located. I enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. Tom Petty park is close by……

“Perfect little cottage where we could relax, walk around the grounds and just enjoy coffee on the front porch. We were visiting the area for a family function in Newberry so were not too far away to go back forth each day. It was also only about 20 minutes to the Pet Paradise where our dogs did day camp on a day where we had a full day family function which was very convenient. Our host was very responsive to us when we needed to communicate with her. Check in and check out were super easy and……
