“Nice experience and good place.”

“orignally, my fiance was told they couldn't find the reservation on either his or my name. However, that changed as soon as I walked in, gave my name, all of a sudden they found it. Then they told me they needed a card to charge for the room, since the card on file was "only to protect the reservation"... um what? so while i was trying to fix the issue, the desk person decided to speak over me and my mil, who I was on the phone with and I had to tell her to please be quiet. I couldn't even hear……

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Everything is perfect and exceed my expectations except the breakfast and it should have the room for improvement ”

“My husband and I loved the pool and hot tub! We really liked the breakfast options. The omelet bar was really neat, wish they had more options to add on the omelet. He did kind of burn our omelets, but we still ate them. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but the room is spacious. We were able to do our laundry there as well. $4 for washer and dryer. ”
