“House full of amenities: firepit, wood and starter logs included, smores sticks; coffee - keurig/pot/ expresso machines; tvs in all bedrooms (unfortunately not by pool, pool table); pool toys; pool table- loads of fun; even football to play by pool. Do be aware, gators are in the pond. Just do not feed them and understand they are active when its mating season. It was entertaining though. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room. “Spent the Missouri baseball weekend at this property which is tucked in a quiet spot not far at all from everything you could need. Some of the properties in the area were in need of some tlc. As for the house itself, it checked most of the boxes. The biggest thing is how accommodating and helpful Carlos is with check-in. Greatly appreciate it. There are some quirks about the house itself, like the washer and dryer being right next to the backyard door. And the cleaning crew could go over the……

“We have stayed here several times before. We have family in the area and there are many things to see and do. The neighborhood is quite, neighbors are friendly, and its close to stores ans restaurants. If you like preparing your own meals the kitchen has most everything you might want. We will return. Krista is great and quick to reply ifvyou have a question.”
