“We have been visiting the Blue Ridge area for over a decade but this is the first time we have been to this area and it was beautiful. The drive to the house off of the main road is easy and full of beautiful properties along the Toccoa River. This is an older home that has been remodeled with a modern vibe. “It was nice and quiet. Plenty of options as to were to chill. Upstairs with tv or downstairs with tv and games. Two large porches or the loft bedroom with tv or books to read. Great stay”

“Very clean and pretty. Front steps and master bathtub difficult for older people. Would suggest hand rails for these. Master toilet was repaired, property owner to replace and was apologetic about the trouble. Overall nice property, beautiful old home. ”

“We have been staying at different rentals throughout the North Georgia mountains for years. This is among my favorites for a variety of reasons.I wanted a place to hang out for a weekend, do a little fishing, watch the hockey playoffs, and have some good grub in nearby Blue Ridge. We got all of that and more.First, the house is only a short drive from Blue Ridge. “We enjoyed everything about this place. The views were magnificent. The home was very spacious, clean and accommodating . We were a family of 10 from New Jersey attending a wedding At The Falls Of Blue Ridge and this home was just a short drive to the venue. The host answered any questions we had in a timely manner . We highly recommend staying here!”

“This is a wonderfully large but still very cozy option for group retreats or family get-togethers. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and separated just enough from the main gathering areas. The basement game area and basketball court add plenty of activity options. The hosts are very kind and communicative, as well. ”

“This was such a great house for multiple generations visiting. A king suite and bathroom at one end of the house gave perfect privacy for the elders that needed a break when the rest of us were ready for air hockey, foosball and games. That room was in the opposite side of house but my husband and I still had plenty of quiet when the kids “young adults” wanted to continue playing. Great porch space for both shade or sunset. We truly appreciated the home. ”

“We worked from the home during our stay and the office space made that very convenient. The house met our needs and the neighbor was very quiet and walkable. ”

“Super great location with an awesome response on every question I had. Everything we needed was provided and had no trouble during our stay. There is no railing on the front porch, so i wouldnt recommend young children or handicapped. Otherwise, it was great!”

“Absolutely beautiful house situated in the most perfect spot in the mountains for the most perfect view. I'm not even kidding it was so beautiful, we just stared out the huge floor to ceiling windows when it was raining for awhile. The home is an amazing mid century home that thankfully the owners kept so much of the original charm for. The pool was also so much fun. The host provided a lot of helpful information as well! Only thing is the light switch situation as previously mentioned by others……

“Our crew had a wonderful weekend in Blue Ridge and loved staying at Toccoa River Front. The view was beautiful and so was the home. The home was spacious, decorated wonderfully, and allowed all our guests to feel comfortable. The basement rooms were so much fun - the juke box, video games, pool table, and movie room allowed for wonderful entertainment on a rainy afternoon. We loved it and will definitely come back.”
