“Our stay was generally great. The house is really nice, but I will say not in a great lot (not a great view and close to neighbors). The only thing that was slightly less accurate about the listing is the pet friendliness. You can bring pets but they aren’t allowed to be on furniture which isn’t all that realistic for a lot of people. We had a great time and everything was stocked and nice for a party of 4. If the group was any bigger it would have been really tight. ”

“The view here replaces the draw to any device. This property has the most beautiful sunsets. The cabin was stocked with lots of extras in the kitchen, if you are a cook. The extra towels were great for the pool. We spent most of the day in or near the pool and by the outdoor fireplace. The host was very responsive to questions This is perfect place to check out from the world and recharge your batteries. Feeling refreshed :)”

“My birthday weekend and I wanted my friends to have a day of relaxation. This property WAS EVERYTHING IT PROMISED. So much so we did not want to leave. A little tricky to find but once we arrived it was a immaculate site to see upon opening the door. From the living room to bedrooms to deck that overlooked the mountains to the hot tub curated a relaxing enjoyable weekend. The is my second Unwind property stay and throughly satisfied again. Thanks!”

“Wife and I were looking for quiet solitude with a view and that is exactly what we got. Though small as described, it provided everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were able to split our time 50/50 at the house and out at our favorite places in this area (Crane Creek, Reece Orchard, Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, and Amicalola Falls). This is the mountains, so we knew to bring a vehicle w AWD, and the drive up the main road was easier because of that. There are other houses (3?) within view……

“The cabin was awesome! The decor was really cool, it gave it those mountain cabin vibes. The beds were really comfortable. I've never seen so many deer in my life, we even saw three run across the river (got a pic of one of them). We had a great time fishing on (and in) the river. My nephew caught the most trout, with a high count of eight. He actually bare-handed one out of the water, one of the coolest things I've seen. Would definitely come back, we made a lot of good family memories……

“Lovely place for our 3 generation family. Kids loved the pool. A few minutes to towns of Blue Ridge or McCaysville. Hosts were quick to respond and inform. Had a great time!”

“The home was easy to find and location to Blue Ridge was perfect! loved the size, layout and atmosphere it created with its rustic features. Only two draw backs that I’d like to mention; 1) the gravel roads in the community really need some help due to the deep washed out areas from rain, especially right by the entrance to the cabin, 2) place a TV in the main living room…with the heat of the day even at 6pm and sun coming down on the back deck area it was uncomfortable to be outside during……
