“Beautiful and very tranquil location. The apartment was big but a bit outdated. When we arrived we were informed the restaurant was closed (it’s apparently closed twice a week) and all shops in the town closed. Nothing would open until 9am the next day and the hotel does not offer breakfast. Very surprised that an expensive hotel like this does not offer a better service. This was quite a problem for us (we have small kids), would have been great to know this in advance. That being said I could……

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”

“Stayed 2 nights. Good location, minutes from Main Street in Pitlochry. Only a few parking spots but managed to get a space. Booked a deluxe room which was very nice, spacious and comfortable, all looked recently fitted. Tasty breakfast. The only negative was on the Friday & Saturday night they played live music in bar/dining areas, it wasn’t a problem Friday but Saturday it was far too loud & continued until midnight so impossible to sleep.
