“I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom of it to be very slippery ”

“A 10-15 minute walk from the centre brings you to this place. When Santiago is heaving with pilgrims and tourists this is a real find. Away from the noise and crowds it's a peaceful place. My room was comfortable and it and the whole place very clean. The staff are what makes the difference. They are so friendly and helpful. The added bonus is a simple kitchen and a place to sit and eat or relax outside your room. There's even a quiet outside area to take time out. Absolutely recommended. ”

“地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.”

“Un hotel de lujo a pocos pasos del centro histórico y a unos 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Habitaciones muy amplias y camas grandes y cómodas. También tenía una pequeña sala de estar con mesa y sillones. El desayuno buffet estuvo bien aunque no tan variado. Recomiendo limpiar los cobertores de colchón y no solo las sábanas. Al llegar y revisar la cama pude ver algunos vellos y suciedad debajo de las sábanas en el cobertor del colchón. Las almohadas un poco planas para mí gusto, me hubiera gustado……

“The shower is the worse ever. Even dangerous. Someone might fall down anytime in it. Don't know how someone could imagine such shower door on a bathroom. Absurd ”
