“多年旅行經驗中,令我最深刻的一次的體驗! 不是好! 而是差! 早在3月時, 已經在HOTELS.COM訂了這家古堡酒店, 因為在網絡看到介紹覺得這古堡很漂亮, 最吸引我是古堡入面其中一間獨位小屋, 我們可以說是為了這間小屋而來的, 當我們懷者興奮的心情到達古堡準備CHECK IN時, 一位服務員帶我們去看看入住的地方, 我們才發現那根本不是我們訂的小屋, 而是一座比較大的建築內入面三間雙人房! 完全不是我們所訂的屋, 那我們便跟服務員說是不是攪錯了? 服務員一開始就非常肯定的說沒有攪錯, 要我們再出示HOTELS.COM的確認信,才走回辦公室查看,等了一會,再出來回覆又說是可能是系統問題,攪錯了訂房,我們當然不妥協! 我們要的獨立小屋跟這三間房簡直是兩碼子的事, 獨立屋有廚房,大煮食爐頭,焗爐等等,我們在市內已經買了豐富食材準備晚餐及明天的早餐,現在只有的是其中一間房入面有一個櫃內的一組小型煮食爐,還有一個爐是用不到的! 景觀更加不用比較了,獨立屋是面向大草原,景觀很美. 比這三間房間相差太遠了! 於是我們再請服務員給回正確的房間給我們.……

“Die Lage und die Weinfarm sind sehr schön gelegen und bilden ein wunderschönes Ensemble. Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Bäder könnten sauberer sein. Handtuchwechsel war auch nach drei Tagen nicht. Das Handtuch wurde vom Boden aufgenommen und neu aufgefangen. Frühstück eher spärlich und jeden Tag gleich. Abendessen ganz wunderbar. ”

“This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay.”

“What I liked: Beautiful sorroundings, view and charming place, great food. Great spa and pool facilities. What I did not like: Within a 2 week in advance, I requested a change of my original itinerary due to safety issues in our trip, however my request was denied by the property owners, accordin to Expedia. Still when we showed up, they did not accept the requirement stating that it was Expedia the ones who actually denied the itinerary modification. This lack of fexibilit turned out to be a……

“托斯卡尼如果叫我魂牽夢繫，全因為我曾經在Borgo San Felice停留過。一下車，就被整個壯濶的環境震攝住，一大片直連天邊的葡萄園，高聳，結實纍纍的松樹，整個心胸也寬濶開來。接待小姐非常nice的引領，小巧的房間，強力水柱，舒服的大床，豐盛的早餐，都叫我捨不得離開。入住當天晚上，我們點了T bone，入口即化的牛肉叫我驚豔，尤其是T bone 下的鹽板，保留了T bone的溫度，很棒。餐廳的氣氛和餐點都很可口。這是我住過最美的飯店，也是最愛的飯店。如果還有機會再回到托斯卡尼，我想，應該是為了Borgo San Felice”

“The Borgo is situated very far from the main road, with a small scary road that we did not dare drive in the dark. There were tons of bugs, we got eaten alive our 1st time at the pool, we only stayed 20 mins. Our initial room was awful, next to reception, where groups of people hung out. But the manager allowed us to choose a better room, thankfully, as we were there for 5 nights! The restaurant staff were nice and tried hard, but the food was very limited: although it was good, there was……

“This was an absolute highlight of our trip. The castle is beautiful and incredibly well kept. The proprietor visited our table one morning, at the beautiful breakfast they offered, and gave us some fantastic history of the property and the upgrades she has made to the castle and the grounds. Nothing short of excellent!”

“Surroundings were absolutely magical! The view, the pool, the vineyard, the buildings, the tranquility. Breakfast was good and the wine bar offered some drinks and icecream which was nice during our days at the pool. We also enjoyed the tennis court. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The apartment itself (scoiatollo) had everything we needed but I would definitely consider repainting the sharp lime green and purple colors which didn’t really fit the style and made the building……
