“My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest……

“All the service is very nice, warm, friendly, welcoming, just looks like a closer friends. :-)
And I think the space is very well, because the area is quite clear and big. Feeling so comfortable, I think.
And the breakfast is really really good, delicious, well taste, and professional.
It’s my second time to came Amsterdam for trips, if I will have trips again, I will always choose this hotel again. It’s quite nice!

“The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The room was very comfortable and quiet and having an Italian restaurant in the same building was also very nice. We found the location was good with relatively short Uber rides to the attractions in the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam which also had a laid back atmosphere compared to other cities in Europe.”
“The hotel location is really good, in a very beautiful park, about 20 mins by walk from the central station.
But it's too expensive to rent a bike from the hotel, they charged me 30 Euro per day, unbelievable!”
"We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked.
However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty.
On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.
