“From a rice cooker to coffee grinder, this condo had everything. It was so well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance to everything you need; groceries, bank, errands. Pools, hot tubs, facilities are all excellent. The neighbours and neighbourhood make it worth coming back. We stayed for 3.5 month and would come back in a heartbeat.”

“We love the Laughlin and bullhead area and we have rented a house before so the condo was a nice change it was clean and nice and the amenities were very nice! The pool was fun and our daughter loved the extra comfy furniture”

“Condo included so many additional amenities that a aren’t usually included.. ie Place settings, pots n pans, would like to see better frying pans but overall acceptable.”

“This condo was perfect for our 6 day stay. Location was great for visits to Bullhead city, Laughlin, Oatman, lake havasu and more. Very clean with lots of extras, such as laundry needs, make up towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The provided garbage bags, paper towels, etc. definitely recommend. ”

“Condo and marina set-up is great! Very easy to get out and onto the open river just minutes away from Laughlin. Condo is clean and well-stocked. Just keep an eye on the dam openings & closures if you're using the marina--water will get too low. Keeping an eye on the published times alleviates this concern. Overall--great time!”

“The property was dated bed rooms were nice but family space carpet disgusting had major stains I understand that they allow pets but was gross. The kitchen was older appliances and the cabinets were closed with white duck tape. Could be a really nice unit but needs updated.”

“I enjoyed the location due to the distance to everything. The view was awesome from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Feeding the ducks and the birds from the balcony was enjoyable. Michelle was a great host that offered most anything to make our stay enjoyable. The beds in both rooms were large and most comfortable. It was a great time in my life. Thank you!!!”

“The condo was exactly as advertised but better. Bob was a responsive but non-intrusive host who wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room had lots of great seating, and the bedrooms were beyond comfy and roomy. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Even in January we were able to enjoy sunsets over the river from the luxury of the hot tub.”
