“We enjoyed our stay. Would love to return. Was a bit too cool out to use pool but, It was very clean. Was well supplied for a comfortable stay. Were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. ”

“Western exposure so morning coffee outside without hot sun was fantastic. Safe swim area for kids because of jetty. No worry about floating down river. Kids loved jumping off dock into this area being able to use dock stairs to get out. Lots of outdoor seating with several palapas for shade. Lots of seating inside house with large living and kitchen areas. Did suggest to host a few additional items for future guests.”

“Great instructions and directions with all access information provided before our trip. Great and expedient contact with the host for checkin and throughout the stay. She was extremely kind, considerate and most helpful through a checkin “mishap” that was not her fault or ours. She was on the phone to provide support and to check in on us the entire time. I would rent this place again and I’ve already recommended it to friends. Totally nice place and top rated host!!!”

“This property has so much to offer! The photos are only a glimpse into the beautiful terraced river front with so many patios and balconies, each decked out with seating and beautiful views. We even had some unexpected surprises like arcade games, pool table and more in the garage game room off the swimming pool area. Some reviews mentioned limited parking, but that is not the case. Plenty of parking onsite and beyond. And don’t forget the private boat launch for this exclude neighborhood. More……

“The home is clean and comfortable with an HVAC system guests can adjust as needed. There are two small bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and roomy kitchen/dining area with plenty of storage. I recommend bringing the cooking equipment you expect to need for your stay. There is a large garage that is available if needed. The property is completely fenced and safe for pets to be outside by themselves. I come from a northern state, so the extensive sand and rocks common to the Topock area were hard……

“Upon entering the house our first impression was how clean everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed including an abundant supply of coffee! The house is near the main part of town, the river, and the casinos. We look forward to visiting again!”

“Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.”

“This is a really nice property situated perfectly near the river and local shopping. Has everything you need and the host is readily available and easy to work with. We spent 4 great days there and look forward to returning. Ample parking and nice quiet neighborhood!”
