“Our family enjoyed our weekend at the house. The floor plan is spacious and the house was clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Large master bathroom. We did have issues with the spa during the entire stay so we’re not able to enjoy that. At first, it would not turn on and once we troubleshoot did that, it would really never heat up. I specifically chose a house with a Spa and paid extra for that so I did not feel like got my moneys worth on this stay. The only other thing I’d say is that there’s not……

“This property has so much to offer! The photos are only a glimpse into the beautiful terraced river front with so many patios and balconies, each decked out with seating and beautiful views. We even had some unexpected surprises like arcade games, pool table and more in the garage game room off the swimming pool area. Some reviews mentioned limited parking, but that is not the case. Plenty of parking onsite and beyond. And don’t forget the private boat launch for this exclude neighborhood. More……

“The home is clean and comfortable with an HVAC system guests can adjust as needed. There are two small bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and roomy kitchen/dining area with plenty of storage. I recommend bringing the cooking equipment you expect to need for your stay. There is a large garage that is available if needed. “This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River. The property had its own boat dock, and although it was a little cold in February to fully use it, we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, dipping our toes, and enjoying the wildlife, fish and beautiful sunsets. “We had a great stay at this VRBO! We had to adjust our reservation to arrive a day early, and Kevin was very accommodating. We were in town to meet with our builder, as we’re building a winter home just a couple of miles away, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including some fantastic restaurants.The house itself is older but met our needs well.
