“Brian and Holly did a fantastic job rennovating this cabin. You can tell it's a well loved home. The area where it is located is a peaceful respit from downtown, but it's only about 15 minutes from all the main attractions. The recommendations they gave us for food and activities were great. They are wonderful hosts who provide everything you could possibly need.”

“Beautiful place to stay!!! Very close to everything we wanted to do (magic springs, pirate golf, downtown Hot Springs) There were 5 of us and plenty of places to sleep. Even has a mini house that is so cute and fully stocked! Loved all the outside seating and firepit area, had a good time roasting marshmallows and hot dogs on our last night! We will book again! ”

“Great property! Everything was so clean and the owner had so much extra things for us to use, life jackets, floats, fishing poles, even air pumps to blow up floats. A lot of thought was put it to make the stay very comfortable and easy on us. This part of the lake was also very peaceful my kids had this whole section all to themselves 1 day! ”

“My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Love Nest in Hot Springs, AR. Great location close to Downtown Hot Springs. We walked from the Cabin down to bathhouse row. “Best place we’ve ever stayed! Jim Bob and Lori’s place is SUPER clean and cute. They didn’t skimp on the bed either. The mattress was very comfortable. Access to the lake was nice and it was easy to put our kayaks in. The pictures and description are accurate. If we ever come back to HS again, this is we’d stay! ”

“What an amazing cabin direct into the water for swimming. The river was bath temperature warm - divine! We absolutely loved staying here and extended our booking. There is a fantastic mosquito proof porch area. Great air conditioning, reliable wifi and smart tv for Netflix etc. Would not hesitate to return. One thing to be aware of though - the river is very busy with noisy jet skis and boats all day Sat Sun so don’t expect a quiet weekend of swimming and sunbathing or reading on the porch but……
