“The housekeeping staff were working double time to get rooms cleaned for arriving guests. We had an issue with our room keep and staff quickly fixed the issue and moved us to a different room. When moving I accidentally left an item. When we returned to our new room my item had been left at my door. That was an amazing treat that they returned this item to me. ”

“The front desk hostess was extremely nice, helpful and patient. We were going to change rooms and she was very accommodating without hesitation. Room was very clean and well updated. Large shower and very hot water which was nice after our long drive that day. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. TV was good size and wifii was wonderful. Temperature in the room was cold for us but adjustable. Room was right by the elevator but was quite. Breakfast was available and very tasty. Very nice stay……

“The stay was fine. Everyone was very nice. Our room was clean and in order. the only complaint is the room had a very mildew smell to it. it was room 101 if i remember correctly. Other than that, everything was good. ”

“Being fairly new, it's not surprising that the hotel is super clean, in absolutely top-notch condition. No signs of wear, nothing that needed fixing. Spotless and attractive. They saved money on furniture by using what might be standard school or office stuff, and that's fine. They spent money instead on a super luxurious mattress, extea nice heat/cool unit, a great walk-in shower, and other things that really matter. The breakfast was first rate, partly because of the real plates and……

“This is a brand new property and I enjoyed my stay. My room was huge and very clean! The staff, especially Bri, were amazing the entire time!! My only issue was the structure borne noise, whenever the person above me would walk around their suite, the vibrations of the building structure played on the pressure in my ears (very sensitive).. I was on the second floor, I normally stay as high up as possible ”

“Amazing, brand new, spacious apartment-style hotel rooms. The facility seems spotless. Unfortunately the room I had on the night I stayed was incredibly noisy-- not the hotel's fault. Take ear plugs. Slightly sketch area of Little Rock, and it might attract long term residents (?) I felt a little wary as a woman traveling alone. There was a man with an ankle monitor hanging out at the front door, leering. ”
