“It was comfortable for one night ”

“Hotel appeared to be recently renovated and was well kept and clean. Room set up was nice with a slight privacy partition between double beds. Found it a bit strange though that there was not a separate full length vanity to allow multiple people to get ready at the same time. Not ideal for extended travelers. Other than that, storage in room was nice and provided great organization. Would stay again. ”

“Very big, i didnt like mandatory valet service for a daily fee even tho it was convenient and staff was super nice. Ours was waved due to disability. Cart rides were available to different areas of the resort. Were we supposed to tip for each cart ride? Great view of golf course except in day carr drove right by our patio. OUR FAULT WE LEFT COURSE SIDE PATIO DOOR UNLOCKED . medicine was stolen while we were gone. No cameras. All other area were excellent. Pool was awesome, huge, windes……

“I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk”

“I was double charged, I prepaid for the hotel and then paid again at the hotel because I forgot I had already paid. Communication between systems is the only flaw I see other than that everything was good I went to the receptionist to tell her what’s going on and she refunded with no issue!”

“Receptionist at check in was a delight and very helpful with questions about the area. Room was clean and modern. Snacks available for purchase 24 hours. Breakfast well presented and adequate! Thank you! ”

“I only stayed because hotel was convenient for being picked up as I had a graduation to attend too and was close by. I have never been to the Hard Rock before and was blown away the size and the amount of people there. The room was VERY clean, and I enjoyed my stay.”
