“Clean kitchen items all there. Ice maker not working. No soap for dish washer. rooms nice and clean. TV didn't work in bedroom number 1. Laid shirt on floor and had some ants on it in the Moring only, happened once. Alot better than staying at a hotel. Kitchen, living room tv finally worked turned router on and off. “The host Allen was great! He stayed in communication with us and even offered to turn on the heater for us because we weren’t expected to get in until about 10pm. When we arrived the thermostat was showing that it was heating but the vents were blowing cold air and the inside temp read 61. I set the thermostat to 72 and waited about and hour and the temp had gone down to 60. Sent Allen a message through the app, not expecting a response due to how late it was. Looked around the house and there……

“I love staying here next door to my family. It makes visiting home very fun and convenient for all! One request would be to secure fence better. Lots of aggressive animals surrounding the fence line with loose boards. Its actually pretty funny how many wildlife species who live on this block. Ducks, dogs, hawks, owls, cats, roosters, and many many more... Thank you!”

“Beyond what we expected! The photos do not give this Farmhouse the justice it deserves. Larger and roomier, felt like our own vacation home. The best ARBNB we have ever stayed at. Would recommend it and will stay their again. Truly wish every ARBNB was this level of comfort. My son-in-law made friends with the family pig! So fun! ”
